  1. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, colours and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and minor differences may occur between photographs and the actual product.

Specifications may change from time to time due to manufacturer improvements or product availability.

Where a material change affects an order already placed, SalvarePlus will communicate with the customer where reasonably possible.

  1. PRICES

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Where applicable, prices include VAT. Delivery, installation or other additional charges will be indicated separately where applicable.

SalvarePlus reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or product-description errors before an order is fulfilled.

  1. ORDERS

An order submitted through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order becomes binding once SalvarePlus has accepted the order and payment has been successfully received, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • An obvious pricing or description error has occurred;
  • Payment cannot be verified;
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected; or
  • Fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Where payment has already been received and SalvarePlus cancels an order, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered by SalvarePlus.

Products will generally only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, weather, remote-area delivery requirements and other circumstances outside SalvarePlus’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional delivery costs may arise where incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in a failed delivery or additional delivery attempt.

  1. DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Where a product arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph the packaging and product and contact SalvarePlus promptly.

This does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are dealt with in the SalvarePlus Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy.

Nothing in our policies is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

  1. PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with supplied instructions, specifications and their intended purpose.

Customers must not modify, dismantle or tamper with electrical systems, batteries, chargers, controllers or other safety-critical components unless authorised by SalvarePlus or the manufacturer.

  1. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS

Electric scooters must be operated responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the scooter is appropriate for the rider, intended environment and intended use.

Protective equipment is strongly recommended.

SalvarePlus does not encourage unsafe, reckless or unlawful use of its products.

  1. LITHIUM BATTERIES

Lithium batteries must be handled, charged, stored and transported in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Only compatible charging equipment should be used.

Customers must not open, dismantle, modify or attempt unauthorised repairs to lithium battery systems.

A lithium battery showing signs of swelling, overheating, physical damage, smoke, leakage or unusual odour must immediately be removed from service and professional assistance sought.

Website content, products and specifications may be updated or changed from time to time.

  1. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalvarePlus will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, negligence, accident, use outside specified parameters or other circumstances caused by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. CONSUMER PROTECTION

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory right provided by law.

We encourage customers to contact SalvarePlus directly if they have a concern or complaint.

We will endeavour to investigate and resolve genuine complaints promptly and fairly.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
